32 M and I need guidance. Not just with topics here and there but a kinship with someone who has been there done that and can help me navigate the adult part of my life. Over the last year due to some deeply personal issues I cut off contact with everyone I know because my privacy was invaded immensely and I felt I couldn’t trust anyone anymore. I even moved to a new city where no one knows me. The few times I’ve tried to open up have led to more breaches of trust and due to that I’m wary of who I can trust to genuinely understand me and be open to a confidential mentorship. Where do I even start to find this kind of person? (Not religious btw)
