Grapefruits are generally a lot larger and harder to peel than oranges.
The membrane / skin around the juice segments in grapefruit are very bitter so I usually peel that off when I eat grapefruit. In oranges the taste is barely noticeable so I have no issue eating it as a whole.
Why do you do that with grapefruit?
I cut them both the same to eat. Easier than than peeling
That’s exactly how I eat an orange…
My kids do with big oranges.
With a large non-easy-peeler orange my preferred technique is to cut into quarters then go face first into the flesh.
Because they’re repulsive! Can’t stand them, but love oranges
Because I don’t eat grapefruit, it’s not fit for human consumption
Grapefruit is the best. I do various methods cutting them up. I do like the Sunday league wedge method mostly.
