I can’t tell if I’m being led on or not anymore 26m seeing a 24f

We’ve been talking since December I’ve seen her 5 times now and even had a double date with her and her friends. The last date was over two weeks ago, we had plans twice this week for valentines day but she said she wasn’t feeling good so both got canceled and we currently don’t have plans. We’ve had to reschedule most dates to this , which I understand if she’s not actually feeling well. Just last date felt weird, it was a double Date to celebrate her friends/roommates birthday. We had dinner and went back to her place but she rode with them instead of me and when I went for a kiss I got a not yet. I did talk to her about unsure if she’s uninterested or wanted to go slow . She said she wanted to go slow cause there’s things she’s not sure she’s ready to open to me about. Which is fine but all these things just make me feel like I’m being led on. We talk everyday , every night and she said she promised she liked me butI feel like the other things make me feel otherwise as well as paying fir half the dates
