I’m really scared because in my school system, the teachers have to grade us on how much we participate in class by talking and raising our hand. Problem is that it’s really hard for me to do that and it has brought my grades down from what they could have been.
Personally I would say I am smart but
my mom got really angry because I got bad grades in 3 subjects, purely because I don’t raise my hand. I feel really hopeless and scared because it has always been hard for me to talk in class.

have you ever been tested for anything like autism or adhd?
