I’ve actually never counted.
Bad day is 8,000-9,000. A good day is 15,000.
I’m in a wheelchair, so zero.
15000-17000 typically, sometimes more
I try to get no less than 10k a day

Very little since Wednesday. Had ankle surgery. Weight baring but still.
My average is 5,000.
I make it a point to get between 10k to 15k everyday.
And 20K twice every week.
I think itβs quiet therapeutic.
It fluctuates soooo much, but just checked my Fitbit app and most weeks itβs around 70k a week which would be 10k a day – but actually it ranges from about 4k to more than 15k for each day.

5000 is usually my max .. sometimes I struggle to get to that because I work from home.
