What is your average number of steps taken per day?

  1. I make it a point to get between 10k to 15k everyday.
    And 20K twice every week.
    I think it’s quiet therapeutic.

  2. It fluctuates soooo much, but just checked my Fitbit app and most weeks it’s around 70k a week which would be 10k a day – but actually it ranges from about 4k to more than 15k for each day.

  3. 3k on a slow day and 11k on my best days. I also bike everywhere so it should count for something.
