As you go flaccid, the condom would have had gone slack and had space to leak out the sides. If you’re inside her for a long period after you ejaculated, then it’s certainly a risk.
If she hopped off straight away, I doubt the risk increased at all.
I wouldn’t worry to much.
Is it possible you weren’t using a properly fitted condom? Or you just got soft very quickly?
Some condoms have big head space. They tend to drips to a side when you loose a lil of your wood. Just don’t worry it’s normal. Try different condoms and never go flacid with your dick inside her. Avoid that.
