Signature in passport application came out wrong. What do I do??

Hi all.

Further to my previous post… (thank you all) I received a telephone call from the passport office this afternoon, informing me to send two new photos and an application form to correct my previous issued passport. Even though I was told a cover letter, birth cert and the previous passport is all I have to send.

Anyway, after filling out the application form just now my signature is wrong and looks nothing like my previous and I really can’t fix it as the signature box looks like a mess. What can I do? I don’t have another application form and I need to post this tomorrow morning.
