By example, i run backwards and jump to go very fast, what do you do? (Flying is not allowed)

  1. I would try sprinting with a combination of high-knee running and power skipping. This would help me increase my speed while still staying on the ground.

  2. former HS marching band geek here: keep your knees *slightly* bend as you walk backwards. you’ll double your speed.

  3. I would just run faster most of the time. This one weird time I was running at a snail’s pace but when I started running on all fours I went super fucking fast. Shit was weird and annoying, only ever made me faster that one time.
