Just when I was about to become exclusive with a girl, I got laid off without warning or given a reason. She’s been really supportive which is great, but I cannot for the life of me get hard anymore. I haven’t had a boner since I lost my job and I’m afraid she’ll leave since I won’t be able to please her in bed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Either way, seek professional assistance. It works.
For the sex/relationship part, be honest. Discuss your feelings and where your brain is at. Try new things, toys, mutual masturbation, porn etc. Schedule it and push through even when you’re feeling low. It doesn’t have to be every day. Sometimes, we just need to push through the pain and make it work. Still, see a professional. It will only help!
Sorry to hear that. I know what you mean. It‘s normal that your libido isn‘t very high if you feel bad about yourself. Just be honest with your partner. If she loves you she will understand. It‘s just temporary. Don‘t stress too much.
And please don‘t make your self worth depend on your job. Your a human, not a work machine. I was laid off before with no warning or prior problems, it‘s a shit feeling but i realized it had nothing to do with me. It‘s mostly about money. Fuck Corporate.
You need to get yourself in a place where you feel better about your self-esteem. Try volunteering at a soup kitchen, picking up day labor, any type of temporary work, etc..
