Just build up to it. Based on your post it seems like you enjoy the humiliation aspect of this which isn’t an uncommon fetish. Start small by telling them some related things you might be into and if they are comfortable with those escalate. Importantly, this is a conversation you have after you start having sex not before assuming this isn’t something you need in order to enjoy sex.
