My friend has a crush on this guy I’m talking to and now she’s saying i stole him from her.

I saw this guy at school and i thought he was pretty cute, i kept talking about him for months but never got the courage to talk to him. I told my friend I had a crush on him and she said she had a hallway crush on him and didn’t actually have any romantic feelings , I didn’t really care since we shared an hallway crush too. But she started getting mad when i would talk about him, and she started telling me that she liked him since the first week of school (i started liking him in the second month of school).
My friend told me that she would never talk about him but suddenly started to talk about him a bit more.
I became friends with him and told her I had an actual crush on him and she told me she didn’t feel anything for him and that he was just her “hallway crush”.
I grew closer to him and suddenly she started falling for him, and sending a bunch of pictures of him to a group chat that i wasn’t in (my friend sent the screenshots of everything she said)
So i confronted her about it and asked her if she really didn’t have any feelings for him, she told me she wasn’t sure anymore and i just told her it would be kinda messed up if we both had an actual crush on him, she told me she understood.
She continued calling him her bf and taking pictures of him (💀).
She started saying that she liked him firsts and that i stole him from me.
And now her friends are saying that I’m in the wrong.
What should I do?
