If someone keeps looking at you…

So I’m ugly, but I’m tall and dress well, but I have no agency and can’t approach women, but bc I dress so well, I do get some attention from women at times, but it’s always related to my clothes. Anyway, I wear sunglasses at night, and Saturday at a bar I noticed a girl was looking at me to the point even my friend noticed. She did it a couple of times for an extended period of time, then she made her friend turn around at look at me. Yet she never came over to me so I assume she was just looking at me bc I was ugly, and she wanted her friend to see the ugly dude at the bar…How likely is this? Socially it just seemed weird…she would look for a while, then look away, and repeat…
