I get it after sex your heart is elevated but
Just now felt so different than previous time I was wrapping things up decided to harder last few thrusts before 🥜 🌰 as that happened my heart rate just shot up like crazy & felt irregular beats (130+bpm it felt like) for about 3 mins
Has anyone felt this happen? First time this happened

Irregular as in skipping beats? If so you should talk to your doctor about that.
I don’t know that the fast heartrate itself is worrisome. Sex is physical exercise after all.
Irregular = visit your doctor.
And 130 hbpm is not a problem unless you’re over 60 years old or in terrible physical condition
