I would prefer a plain metal band.
I have no gem on mine. Gems are for class rings or super bowl rings.
Have a simple silver band, I wouldn’t want anything to spendy or fancy not my style plus I end up removing my wedding ring for work anyways
Tbh I’d probably get a DJ at mine rather than a live band. Much cheaper and can have whatever songs you want
Simple and sleek is the bees knees
I put mine in a safe place and wear a qalo. You see one degloving and that’s enough.
Mines a simple black tungsten carbide
I have several silicone ones I wear in the machine shop, but I also have a wood/tungsten one I wear other times
just gold …
I got fat and couldn’t wear mine anymore so I turned (jeweler) into a bracelet for my son with he’s name on it
I’ve got a simple gold band. I like it. I wouldn’t want a gem
I wouldn’t, but I bought mine online and it’s pretty simple. I’m sure there is some guy out there who wants to custom design something blinged out, that’s cool too. My recommendation would be to ask. My partner’s aesthetic is totally different than mine, before I proposed but during the period that she was expecting a proposal in the near future she laid out what she wanted style wise.
Great way to pick up women. Never dealt with getting hit on as much
I like inlays/engravings within a band, or a plain band.
Mine is white gold, engraved with a pattern. No stones.
Just a plain old band for me. But she can have whatever she wants. My wife wanted to use a diamond that’s been in the family for generations so I bought a band to go with it. For our ten year anniversary I gave her a band with diamonds that go all the way around. All three rings on one finger actually looks kinda cool.
No gems, just a simple gold band.
Mine is black with black diamonds in it. I can not wait until I get to wear that everyday
I prefer to go naked.
That said, my wife gave me a diamond stud earing that I love to wear.
I like it just a solid metal. Gold, silver, platinum, Damascus style would be cool. No need for a stone or anything like that. Draws too much attention.
Like my simple two tone white gold/gold band.
I just wanted a simple plain white gold band. It’s the only jewelry I wear and I like it.
I hate rings and am getting a tattoo of it instead
I have an 18 kg gold ban I put on 50 years ago
I rarely wear mine since I’m either working (drawing on a tablet monitor), lifting weights, or cooking.
I got hit on by women much more when I wore mine
I want jim morrison revived performing “The End:…
Local tradition is a simple gold ring.
I definitely don’t want any gems. I don’t like expensive stuff. Only jewelry I got is a gold necklace my grandma gave me for graduation. Worn it for two decades soon.
I like plain or with an inlay for the formal one. Mine is cobalt with a gold inlay.
Actually started with a tungsten carbide one but cracked it.
Mine lives in a box in a desk. Too dangerous to wear.
I like mine, black band in the center with rosegold on the sides. It’s one of the only accessories I wear, and it feels appropriate for any situation. I do wear a silicon band to the gym though.
Prefer plain band but it’s all preference. I’m sure he’ll appreciate that you got it for him.
Couldn’t care less
Personally I’m not much for standing out so I would just prefer something plain metal.
