Do men like it when they get compliments from women?

1. Do men like when others tell them how amazing they are? Are they all literally ultra humble monks with zero ego? Gee, OP, I don’t know.

2. 100%. I’m not that attractive of a guy, so when women compliment me, I absolutely love it. Never really received much compliments from women growing up, aside from my mother and other relatives.

3. Absolutely not. We love not knowing if the women is interested. Bonus points if you say your really close to all your exes still.

6. Uhh…Yeah! It seems there’s an implicit expectation that men are supposed to just gush compliments at women, and we’re just supposed to be satisfied that they’re even acknowledging our existence. 😆

7. I can’t speak for all men. But I know I like them. Even though I don’t always know how to accept them.

10. I’ve received a compliment from women 2 times in my life.

    One told me literally “You’re beautiful”, the other said in a roundabout way. “They say you’re sexy”.

    I still vividly remember both of those. It’s sort of an understatement to say I liked them.

18. Of course. Hell, men tend to get complimented less just cause they’re expected to initiate, so if you compliment a dude you’re probably gonna make his day.

25. Yea, we actually love it. So many of us are either starved for compliments or stuck in this mindset that we have to be rough-and-tough that we literally don’t know how to react when we get a compliment. But I can assure you, yes we love receiving them 🙂
