Techniques on actually making the move back at home

So I’ve had recent trouble with finishing the deal with a a girl once we go back home. I’m a 24m and have had girlfriends in the past with no issue hooking up. Obviously the first few times are a little awkward to get started but once I knew what she liked and didn’t, it was easy.

Now that I’m single, I’ve had a few opportunities when girls that I’ve met at the bar, hit it off with, and then we go back to a friends house and I just can’t seal the deal.

What are some tips or techniques to feel the girl out and instigate the start of intercourse?
