  1. making sure the space around me is clean and organized makes a hugeee difference in my mood and just how i feel and deal with things in general

  2. I clean my apartment when I know that my period will be starting soon. I know that when I’m on my period and experiencing terrible cramps, having a tidy living space and fresh blankets will make me feel a bit better.

  3. Listening to positive music while getting ready for the day, it puts me in a positive mindset!

  4. Washing my hair and styling it properly in the mornings before getting out of the house. It gives me a boost and it makes me feel more put together.
