How I do my hair. It’s so cliche, but having it a certain way (or I put my special “touch”) on it, completely sets me up for the morning.
Making my bed. Having my tea while it’s still quiet in the morning. Getting outside for fresh air at least once per day (I work from home). Drinking water and staying hydrated – I feel like shit and/or get a headache if I don’t. Pretty basic stuff. 😁
Not pooping twice in the morning. It sounds gross but I’ve always pooped twice every morning. Once when I wake up and then 30 minutes later after i get ready. If I miss that 2nd poop, i end up having the feeling of needing to poop during my commute to work.
