How often do you second guess your decisions or remain in self-doubt after making decisions?

  1. I used to all the time; CBT helped. I still do some, but at far less of a rate and in a way that is less intrusive to my daily flow.

  2. 20 years later I am still second guessing my choice of job when I joined the military.

  3. Very rarely. My intuition and gut feeling is usually right and has gotten me this far in life. Not gonna stop listening to it now

  4. Constantly. I get really bad decision paralysis, if that’s a term? Even worse with big decisions. I need someone to talk things through with me and I always think about the what ifs before making a decision, I need a lot of input. Then once it’s done I continue to stew. I’m working on it tho!

  5. Close to never. Omg and I hate when I’ve made a decision and told someone and they are “are you sure?” Fuck you, yes, I’m sure. I went over every option in my head and then I told you.
