Look for “self-catering”
Stick the name of a scenic county or holiday area on the end and google.

Check out [Cocklebury Farm](https://www.cocklebury.farm/). It’s fantastic. I have stayed there.
Holiday Cottages dot com has literally thousands. You can narrow down the search by region. Peaks. Lakes. Yorkshire. You might as well pick a particular national park or ‘scenery’ and work backwards from there.
Not sure what you are expecting to be honest. If you want beautiful scenery, then the chances are you aren’t going to have lots of good food on your doorstep, or much to do except walking.
Try looking on sites like: Country Cottages, Sykes Cottages.
Lake District
Devon
Cornwall
Somerset
Baslow in the Peak District
Sykes Cottages specialise in this.
