Not everyone necessarily loves oral sex or can come from it. So consider normalizing it as something fun and sexy, but not something to make you cum. It could be a part of foreplay without necessarily being the main event
Things she could add:
1) Focus on the tip of your penis. This is generally the most sensitive area. Focus on the head and where is curves downwards. You have loads of nerves at your frenulum.
