How do i make friends outside of school if i’m “weird”, get nervous around people, and can’t have snapchat or other stuff like that? (14🚺)

I’m not like creepy weird i just like making Kandi bracelets, like cartoons, and i dress a little unique but people at school don’t like me and i really want some real friends. Is there away or am i meant to be lonely? 🙁
