I’m a M24 and I approached this girl (20F) two weeks ago, things went alright between us and we had a lot in common, we went on a first date in which I had the chance to know her more and we enjoyed it so much, and then I asked her for a second date after she was showing big signs of interests when we text each other, at the end of the date I tried to kiss her but she moved her head fast and things were awkward, she told me that I should have asked for her consent first or at least give her a hug, she also told me that there is nothing yet, she enjoys going out with me. anyways, she tried to save the situation but my mind was thinking about that one thing she said about her not being interested yet, anyways I just went home and wished this never happened.
Now, although I’m interested in her ( not in love with her lol ), in my mind i will forget her and move on, but I still question the fact that I was maybe a little bit too fast and i put pressure on her by going for the kiss on the second date… any advice please ?
ps : i was clear with her from the beginning about my intentions, and her accepting to go out with me made me assume that she is interested as well as I am, but I guess I was wrong maybe…
