I’m not the best at casually talking or asking about sex preferences. In the past, I’ve attempted to bring up certain topics but I feel its not received well enough.
I’m looking for a game (maybe cards?) that can help me break the ice. I feel we have differences in styles and I’m hoping this could get the conversation going in a fun way

I highly advise against marrying someone if you can’t have open and honest conversations about sex and your sexual needs
Don’t know of any card games, but there are websites where you each take a quiz, and then it pairs up your responses that matched. Mojoupgrade is one of them
There’s an app called Official where you can link with your partner and swipe left/right on sex acts and it’ll tell you if both of you swiped yes on a certain act. Maybe this could be something that may help you
We’re not really strangers is a really good game, it has a couples edition, an xxx edition, as well as a self-reflection kit I would recommend if you’re saying it’s a you problem – I didn’t play that one specifically, only other versions, but maybe it would provide more clarity about why you have these boundaries while talking about sex
