What do you do when you know they are lying?

  1. It really depends on the situation and context, but usually, I just play into it and say, “Oh really,” and start to exaggerate my responses, haha. The truth always comes out in the end, so sometimes I just think it’s funny seeing people make a fool of themselves.

  2. Just get up and walk away.

Had an ex that went to a party one evening, asked if I was ok watching his kids. He didn’t come back until the next afternoon and his phone kept going to voicemail. His explanation? He went to the party, then his phone died. He asked a friend if he could use his phone, but his phone was dead too. So, he asked another friend and his phone was at 2%, and his charger was in his mom’s car.

The truth? Found out after we broke up. His friend told me he wasn’t at the party he said he was at, he was in a hotel with another girl… the current GF of one of his friends. His friend found out by going through his girl’s phone and saw the text messages.

  3. They over explain things and gets defensive way too much..just makes things sus

  4. Can you be more specific? Do you mean when you are in a relationship with a man and you fid that he has been cheating but he won’t admit it?
