I was out grocery shopping with friends (I was visiting them in a different city.)
While we were in the store a woman bumped into me and I said “Excuse me.” And she said back in a rude tone “Get out of my way.”
My socially inept brain did not hear that or it chose to remain oblivious and process it in a different way because I turned to my friends and with genuine happiness I said “Wow people here are so nice!”
No sarcasm at all.
My friends were like she just said get out her way and me confused said “She did?”
