I’ve had that feeling before. Maybe you’re feeling stressed or under pressure to say the right thing? Or maybe vocalising ideas are more difficult for you than seeing them play out in your head. Maybe your enthusiasm gets ahead of your explanation.
If it’s really effecting your personal or professional life, it’s probably worth it to talk with a therapist. Otherwise maybe accept you make mistakes like that. Everyone does. If you don’t make a big deal out if it, it isn’t. (Unless it’s really effecting you of course, in that case, seek help. Talking to a therapist sounds like a big deal, but it really isn’t. You don’t need to have a mental illness to get a little help with working on yourself.)
