If he’s a pleaser than try explaining to him that you reciprocating IS pleasing you. A lot of the times a woman giving a man oral is looked at as something for his pleasure only. There are a lot of women that genuinely enjoy giving a man oral. The same as men are with giving a woman oral. So maybe explaining it to him in that way may make him more open to it.
