In terms of athletic performance?

For me, I find raw spinach the most performance enhancing food. Spinach salad before a workout- OMG! I’m like an immortal goddess. It works better than glutathione.

What about you gentlemen? What do you find is the most performance enhancing food?

  1. I like to clog my kitchen sink as much as possible over the course of weeks with whatever food waste was on hand until the junction in the pipe underneath it starts to come loose and drip slightly and then I’ll dump whole coffee beans into my garbage disposal and turn on the grinder while a bowl is underneath the leak it’s the best pre-workout drip coffee ever

  2. for me – the lack of food

I find that exercise whilst fasted really draws out those last few drops of performance, plus the food after alwasy tastes so much better (extra points for a steak or red meat)

if I had to eat something before – fruit

bananas, pears, oranges. all light enough not to slow me down, but hydrating and a good energy boost

  3. No food really.

I take my creative before workout and have the most of my daily calories and nutrients after that.

  4. The most performance enhancing food is no food. Nothing will enhance your performance more than not having any food in your body.

  5. For weight training 45 minutes before I workout:

3/4 cup oatmeal, 1.5 scoop Hosstile Grass fed Whey Isolate Protein powder.

    For cardio:

    Empty Stomach

  6. Slightly off topic, but I have found sipping some pickle juice in the morning makes me feel great all day.

  7. White potato the day before. For the purpose of muscle building, it is just an S-Tier carb alongside oats.

  8. If you don’t have caffeine all day and reserve your dose of caffeine for only before workouts.

  9. I agree Spinach really helps with recovery in my opinion. But green leaves, rockets. If it’s a pre workout I’ll eat a snickers bar or my favourite chocolate maybe with a banana
