There is this cute girl in my chem lab. She is older than me but not by much and I only see her once a week during chem lab. I spoke to her a few times but struggle to keep the conversation going. I am not in love with her only interested.
When I ask for her number should I just let her know that I am interested in her or make an excuse like I am struggling with the chem homework and could use her help? I feel like I should be honest though.
Also I don’t when the best time to ask her would be because we haven’t been lab partners yet. Lab partners are chosen randomly for each lab. But I don’t want to bank on that I wana talk to her next lab. Maybe after lab when we leave?
