recently had a second date with someone and while making out i asked them what they liked (like playing with hair/scratching/kisses on neck etc). i was talking to my friend about my date and she said that i was way too upfront..? is that the case? i feel like it makes it a lot easier if i know what exactly she wants, idk

  1. It’s not too up front. It’s always okay to ask what people like and don’t like. But some people can feel shy about answering so be mindful of that. A lot of people will either freeze up or feel put on the spot by saying what they like. If you sense that’s the reaction you’re getting, you can ask a more specific question so they can offer a yes or no instead of having to divulge their secrets on their own. “Can I kiss your neck?” or “Is it okay if I play with your hair?” “Do you like having your back scratched?”
