This is going to be short, probably been posted many times. I cannot be bothered with dating apps anymore. Matches aren’t a problem, it’s conversations that don’t lead anywhere and I’m always putting in the most effort. I even bought the premium but that did nothing. I feel dating apps are a waste of time. Though I don’t really go out much or have friends that do. If I was I’d have to go solo everywhere. But I feel going to a bar or some social event alone is awkward.

Dating apps are difficult to make work for sure. Going out solo is not a bad thing, it actually allows a lot more opportunities to meet people, we just get in our heads about it which makes us feel awkward and uncomfortable about it because we feel like there’s a spotlight on our head going into a place alone.
Most people go on dating apps for validation and nothing more. Don’t expect much dates or relationships coming out of it. Dating apps have been dead for a while now.
