WHAT DID I DO WRONG?

(Sorry about the punctuation in advance) I met this girl on tinder and she was gorgeous, We hit it off right away, it’s like we were saying all the right things to each other, on the night of our date we met up at the restaurant in separate vehicles, We then went to her house and dropped her car off and I actually met her children, we then went to a movie, everything was going perfect so we decided to make our way to my house, we put a movie on and midway through the movie we began to make out, One thing led to another and we had some really intense sex she even took the condom off Saying to me that after tonight I had a girlfriend and I shouldn’t do her wrong or cheat on her which I vowed not to, afterward we fell asleep she woke me up and said she had to go use the restroom I warned her that I had five roommates and the restroom wasn’t really women friendly however I would go in ahead of her and make some adjustments to the restroom which I did then I came back and handed her my toiletries because I keep everything in my room, I then took her home she kissed me good night and then I went home, The next day we texted each other I told her that I missed her and I couldn’t wait to see her again, I called her and she answered on her way to visit family out of town for a family matter we spoke for a couple of minutes but out of respect for her kids I didn’t wanna say too much so I just told her to please be careful and I couldn’t wait till she came home she said OK, The next thing I know I’m texting her telling her that she was on my mind and she’s texting me telling me that she felt weirded out by my bathroom and that she has OCD and she can’t deal with another person like that because she argues with her children about it I didn’t explain to her that the restroom again is shared by five people total and that we argue all the time about keeping it clean because some of us don’t keep it clean I also asked her not to let that define who I am because according to her I was an amazing person I tried to call her again and she said she couldn’t talk right now the typical pre-may text if you have an iPhone afterwords she blocked me from calling her she blocked my text messages and she blocked me on Facebook what exactly did I do wrong?
