I (20m) have been seeing this girl (20f) since mid November. She still takes hours to days to respond to texts. And she will only respond to texts where I’m trying to set up a date. She won’t respond if I try to keep the conversations going outside of us being together in person. I really like her and when we are together we talk for hours on end. Should I bring up this texting habit she has? The last thing I want to do is make her feel uncomfortable or like she needs to change her habits. I would never break up with her over this, but I’m just curious why its like this.

Then why risk an awkward and uncomfortable conversation? Be glad she wants to meet. And enjoy the in-person time. Why does the reason matter? Maybe she just doesn’t like texting.
