I work at a grocery store with this girl and we’ve worked together for about 4 years. I think she likes me and I have the same feeling towards her. Sometimes we are quite awkward and shy around each other and I get mixed signals from her. I know she is graduating the middle of this year and will have a grad job. I am also going to be leaving around the same time. Should I wait for her to leave and ask her out or should I do it soon. I always hear that relationships at work makes for a weird awkward environment.

If you ask her out at work and she says no it won’t it be weird after? I would wait.
If you’re both mature about it, then it won’t be weird. Question is if y’all can both be mature about it
