[M24] Can I still get a woman if I lack personality/social skills

Im not an asshole to people or anything but Im pretty boring, not that funny, dont really have much friends and my social skills have always been below average. Although im tall, Workout, take very good care of my appearance, career driven and have a good paying job etc but I still cant get a woman. I’ve always kind of hated talking but in society im forced to, even at my job (I work as an engineer) I do have to talk to managers or co-workers sometimes.

I really desire sex and I also want my own family, im just too introverted to get a GF. If I dont have the personality then what do I do? Do I just get more fitter or make more money so that I become attractive?

I really dont know how I can keep a woman tbh, having a woman who wants to be with me and start a family with me seems like a dream thats never going to happen. I find it hard that any woman would actually like me
