Don’t put too much stock in your non-adult relationships: there’s too many variables you don’t influence. Focus on your interests and the people they attract: those will be a better stock for finding valuable interactions. Focus on mundane things like simple conversation. FORD method. Eventually, you’ll be able to intuit how to add value to someone’s life, and they’ll thank you by maintaining the connection. Repeat until you have people you like to be around.
