Ok, so I’ve (27F) only been working at my current job for about 6 months and in that time I’ve become single, but I’ve always had a bit of a crush on my colleague (32M). I recently joined Hinge again and saw that he’d liked me on there, which must have been about a year ago and before we’d actually met. I don’t know what to do now – How can I tell if he likes me or not still? We work remotely but he often initiates conversation between us on Teams (lol) and we have pretty fun conversations. I’m crushing pretty bad right now but I obviously don’t want to jeopardise anything to do with work as I really like my job. Advice please!

Is he single? If so then as you work remotely I don’t see a big problem to take action and take that from a guy that still has to see his crush he had a fling go south with everyday ( we are still close although I still have feelings).
Keep it civil if he is not interested, if you think you can’t do that than you have to get someone or something else to take your mind of him.
