How to react when people tend to playfully tease you a lot?

I (30F) noticed I’m prone to getting teased a lot in a playful way. I usually don’t mind because usually it’s fun and I also try to tease back but sometimes it bothers me even though it isn’t malicious. Especially at work. For example I was teased for my sloppy handwriting by a coworker. She said it very jokingly but I thought it was unnecessary. One guy keeps teasing me to see my reaction and sometimes talks to me in a really soft voice as if I’m a kid. He teases other people too but does it more to me. It gets annoying at times. Sometimes I just want to roll my eyes but I don’t want anyone to think that I’m being uptight or something.
