So Im pretty sure it was clumsy of me, I just want to hear others opinions on this and if it was mildly clumsy or very clumsy.
Ive had a cold for two days now but decided to join my online courses anyway. I feel like my cognitive functions are not so good because of the flu, and i also feel socially clumsy.
Someone texted my classes messenger group to remember the social arrangement on this friday. It is also listed on our calender, where we can see our lectures. I wasnt sure if it’s mandatory, so i asked that in the messenger group infront of our whole class. I explained that it would take me 2 hours to travel there (while others it takes 15 – 30 minutes) so i said ill join only if its needed haha. Thats so embarrassing. How bad do yall think i effed up?

Not weird at all. Actually, it show that you are not only conscious of your time, but also care enough about the affair to ask. Good job!
If it takes you two hours _and_ you’re sick, I’d be more concerned if you didn’t ask and then actually tried to show up lol. Stay home and rest!
