Are conversational narcissists aware of their behavior?

1. no, thats why they are narcissists 😉

2. The better question is, do they know what they do is wrong. That’s up to the individual. But outward you couldn’t get a narcissist to admit fault unless they felt they need to in order to maintain control over the relationship in question.
   Not a psychologist or psychiatrist.
