I don’t mean literally (hence the quotations) but ghosted more on the lines of receiving super dry replies, lack of effort and honestly no reason to stay in contact whatsoever. Better to let them go than fill yourself with small ray of hope.

Then they suddenly question why you removed them etc. what do you say as it’s already awkward and something you can’t revert from.

  1. Tell them that your back hurt too much.

    When they ask from what.

    You tell them. From carrying the whole weight of the conversations.

  2. Your response depends on how much information you want to give them. You could say something like:

    * I wasn’t feeling a connection.
    * Our text conversation wasn’t interesting enough to continue.
    * Our text conversation left me discouraged. I felt like you weren’t engaged and so I decided to move on to other matches.

    When I was dating, I tended to be pretty direct with the guys I said no to. But, if I felt like they were going to try to argue with me/try to convince me that I was wrong, I kept it vague. Good luck!

  3. Tell them that they lacked socialized skills with you or seem uninterested. Or you do not have to say anything at all, being that you don’t owe them a response.

  4. You already ghosted them once why dont you just ghost them again? Seems simple solution.
