As someone who struggles with bit of anxiety and doesn’t smile a lot, I want to try to smile to at least one random person a day if we make an eye contact and I feel like it.

I know this may sound stupid but this is hard for me as I tend to be reserverd in public. I want to get out of my comfort zone and who knows, maybe even potentially make someone’s day better
I want to get better and overall be more comfortable socially so I thought this would be good baby step

  1. If anyone can do anything, its you!! I belive in ya!!! If it feels a little scary, that’s OK. Working on yourself is the hardest thing ever but it’s all about baby steps and 1 day at a time.
