If you had the chance to go back in time to a certain period of time in history for a week just to see what life was like. What time period would you choose to go to?

2. Assuming in this scenario I’d speak the language and not stand out (or am like an invisible ghost), I’d go to Mesopotamia before the dawn of recorded history… if you want to see what life was like, let’s go somewhere we know very little about.

10. Female here. I’d like to see this question asked on Askwomen. I don’t want to post myself because the endless notifications would be annoying. I’m curious though how many of the man haters would choose an era where women didn’t have many rights or opportunities.

    I’d go and visit Albert Einstein on his death bed. He said his final words in German and his nurse couldn’t speak German.

13. As a black person anytime before the 1970s will be “problematic” especially in the United States.

14. This always sounds great, but I’m a brown man in America. So that means that I might be fucked if I go to the wrong era.

    I would need to choose wisely so I could blend in whenever I went.
