The other day I randomly got the most horrible foot cramp right when we we started foreplay for sex. It happened again today. I have an incredibly low pain tolerance and never really get hurt, so it absolutely sucks and obviously sex does not happen when I’m crying in pain. It goes away after about 5 min. It comes and goes during those 5 min.

How can I prevent this/stop it when it happens?

  1. Stretching.

Most people contract many muscles in their body when they have sex/orgasm. If your muscles are too tight they are going to spasm when you tighten them.

Its hard to tell you what exact stretches, because it depends where on the foot it is. But google the area you had pain, and try out some stretches for 2-4 weeks, and my guess is the pain will improve

  2. Increase your water intake. If that doesn’t work, have it amputated. Nothing stops me, and nothing should stop you either.

  3. I get foot cramps fairly often when in bed, not during sex. I get rid of them by jamming the sole of the foot down into the mattress. I’ll lie on my back with knees bent. I rarely get charley horses, but I seem to remember the same tactic worked with them: while standing, get whatever leverage you can to do that jamming.
