I had applied for a job last year and was interviewed in October last year. Then I got a mail that I was short listed, and that they will get in touch with me for further interviews. But they never got back. I mailed them, but I got no response. Now I am seeing advertisement for the same post. Should I reapply? Please advise what I should do?

If you want the job then yeah go for it. The worst that happens is they dont get back to you again. I hope you get it!!

Yea, why not? You were shortlisted, which means they were seriously considering you. Your continued persistence and keen interest in the job will reflect positively.
Move on. If this company isn’t professional enough to follow up regarding their own correspondence, to me that’s an indication to me that this company is sloppy. What’s so hard about reaching out to those on this “short” list? You might want to research this company’s turnover rate.
