What Calisthenics routine or nutrition have you noticed has increased desirability, intimacy, affection and performance within the bedroom?

Any particular workouts?

  1. 50% of the reason I do cardio is so that I can have more vigorous sex with my wife. The other 50% is for my health.

  2. Cardio is king. Everything else can help but nothing helps the engine like cardio.
