Relationships are a lot of work and sometimes things get weird. I have made so many odd promises over the years to various significant others. A few of them include…
– To talk to the ghost haunting the house about not being so cruel with her teasing.
– To not sleep with her sister and/or brother-in-law. They were poly and told her to share me because they liked what they saw.
– To not use knives around her but using kitchen knives were ok because you don’t cut or stab with them. She was stabbed by an ex and kitchen knives were used for chopping in her mind.
– To be ok with her not wanting to be touched by feet and to not touch her with my feet. She got anxiety about feet being to close to her except every night she would intertwine her feet with mine while we slept. I always stuck mine as far away as I could manage. She ended up in some weird sleeping positions before I gave up and slept normally.
