How do I politely tell people to stop touching my hair?

I have very curly, long reddish brown hair. I’m Indian blooded and I suppose because I’m different people are curious.

Lately, though, it has been bothering me when people touch it without asking! There is one girl in particular who I went to her to dye my hair because of bleaching gone wrong I had some unintended balayage/ombré stuff going on that needed to be fixed. I had no problem with her touching my hair in a salon setting but now every time I see her at the bar or in public places, she touches my freaking hair! I don’t like it. It makes me feel like a zoo animal. And she DOESN’T ask. She just does it. Like wtf we aren’t in the salon anymore! I paid my dues and even tipped her and the services is done like why does she still feel the need to touch my hair every time she sees me?! Ugh.
