what’s the weirdest craving you’ve ever had?

  1. Chocolate milk and sushi. It does not go well together at all but still get the craving.

  2. Packing tape. I was having a streak of really vivid intrusive thoughts, and one of the more persistent ones was that I should eat packing tape. It got so bad I could practically taste it on the back of my throat.

  3. Anjou pears. I crave these in the same way a grizzly bear craves a rare steak. The worst thing is when I miss-time them getting ripe and I have to wait.

About once a year I crave Kraft Mac&Cheese and SPAM. You want to know what smells better than SPAM sizzling on the stove and the smell of Kraft pasta on the boil? NOTHING.

Not a food item, but I start to lose my wits if I am a few days out of my L’eggs.

Pop Tarts centers me as does Lipton diet iced teas.

Fresh cucumbers salted and dilled and lightly pickled.

  4. I was once super anemic (pregnancy fun) and ended up suffering from pica. All I ate for ages were ice cubes, and I really, really wanted to eat rubber, lol.

  5. Peas at midnight. I had been sick and not eaten all day. Around midnight I finally managed to sit up for more than a short minute and I asked my husband to bring me some peas.
